With such terms as GMO, FSA, NRCS, WRp, SURE, GPS as well as the concentration of seed, grain merchandisers and fertilizer distributors, it is easy to see how the landowners are sometimes at a loss. Everyone says they want a fair lease but can’t define how that fits for their farm.
